Tomorrow Scott will have a procedure done called a Myelogram. This is to find out why he is still having so much pain in his back & if he needs more surgery. The Dr. will inject dye into his spinal cord & he'll have extensive x-rays & CT scans. He'll have this done as an outpatient procedure.
This injection is similar to an Epidural puncture or a Spinal Block puncture in his back. Because he'll run the risk of losing spinal fluid from the site & causing the dreadful 'spinal headache', he has to remain flat on his back for 24 hours after the procedure. I'll be back to playing 'nurse maid' again... :)
