Tonight I was responding to an ad for a part-time bookkeeper.
Madison: (leaning over my shoulder) Do you have experience with the Dewey-Decimal System?
Me: No. I'm applying for a Bookkeeper job, not a librarian.
Madison: But don't they use the Dewey-Decimal system?
Me: No, they keep checkbooks and write checks & stuff like that.
Madison: Oh! I thought they "KEPT THE BOOKS" like a librarian at the library.
I'm still crying from laughing so hard. Oh my. True Blonde. Funny, right?
