I think I posted once before how the meals I cook tend to be color-coded.... not intentionally, of course. Tonight was 'yellow' night: Cheesy potatoes & ham, Corn, Pears, and biscuits. We're thinking of making it a challenge for me to cook a week's worth of colored meals, like tomorrow could be green, Tuesday is blue, etc. Any suggestions on blue night??
